Project Management – In addition to the on-site foreman who oversees your entire installation while we are onsite, S&J will assign a Project Manager to your project. Your Project Manager will advise you of the status of your project and answer all of your questions along the way.
Insured for your Protection – For our client’s protection, we carry Commercial General Liability, Worker’s Compensation, Commercial Auto, and Umbrella policies. Smaller local competitors may provide a cheaper price, but they also may not be adequately insured. Do not put yourself at risk by doing business with a less reputable firm.
Warranty – S&J offers a warranty that exceeds that of most other local fence companies. We provide a 3-year limited warranty to our clients. Most competing fence companies will only warranty their installations for 1 year.
We Put it in Writing – All of our bids are provided to clients in a pdf document, including a written description of the work to be performed, materials specifications, pricing broken out into materials, labor and sales tax, and terms of payment. Once your project is complete, and paid in full, we will also send you a receipt showing paid in full, along with a written warranty with your information. We are the only Coastal Bend Fence Co who provides our client’s with a written warranty for their records! We routinely hear horror stories of fence projects gone wrong with no documentation of what the client is supposed to receive. Do not accept verbal bids or implied warranties from our competitors!
